- No standard work
- No data till rejection happens
- Root cause = material / operator / destiny
- And the evergreen line: “Sir, ab tak toh chal hi raha tha…”

Because supplier development is actually:
- Teaching basics nobody wants to learn
- Fixing processes without authority
- Being squeezed by cost, questioned by quality, chased by production
- Hearing ‘Why is this still happening?’
- And never hearing ‘Good job’
